General Manager
Williams Broadcasting is currently searching for our next General Manager to lead our award winning team in Enid, OK. Candidate must be well versed in all aspects of the radio operations to include broadcast sales, programming, promotional development, information technology, engineering, FCC rules and regulations, budgeting, recruiting and staffing, communications, community involvement, organization skills, problem solving, client relations, cost reduction, time management, team building, strategic planning and execution. Previous broadcast experience required. Previous sales and or broadcast management preferred. Assistant Production Director

The Assistant Production Director will be responsible for ensuring commercial rotations air accurately, prepare and deliver co-op scripts, assign appropriate system numbers and connecting the advertising orders to the copy plans. Additionally, there will be some light front office duties. Candidates must be perceived as good listeners and interpreters of information. Moreover, be capable of a high degree of self-motivation and well organized. The candidate should have outstanding attention to detail skills and some experience in commercial traffic and continuity preferred in addition to proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
