40+-year heritage rocker 96-7 KCAL Rocks is seeking a Promotions Director with a linear and logical left brain who is impeccable with detail and organization, great with all the usual computer skills like Word, Excel, Photoshop and Call of Duty, and professional enough to represent KCAL in client meetings and remotes. 96-7 KCAL Rocks is also seeking a Promotions Director with a fully developed right brain who can create and implement both sales and programming initiatives, hire, train and supervise a highly above average promotions staff and maintain warm and fuzzy relationships with clients, listeners and needy and overbearing sales and on-air staff.

In this fulltime position, the person hired will be working side-by-side with the cluster OM on the programming of KBYR's talk format, station imaging, digital/web & promotions as well as working with our live & local talk shows.
