Receptionist/Office Admin/Assistant

Description: Beasley Media Group Tampa, is looking for an outstanding receptionist, administrator and assistant, who will serve as a frontline ambassador for our stations. Our clients will determine how we do business based on the quality of your business manners. This is an important, entry-level position for our Tampa stations, WPBB-FM 98.7, WLLD-FM 94.1, WQYK-FM 99.5, WRBQ-FM 104.7 and WYUU-FM 92.5, where the ideal candidate will be responsible for dealing with listeners and visitors by phone, as well as in person. This position is in charge of maintaining schedules and performing general office responsibilities, including maintaining the appearance of the office, ordering office supplies and handling any shipping needs. This involves working closely with our business office, mailing invoices and statements and completing other tasks, as needed. You will also be assisting the sales staff as necessary, including: entering orders, running and distributing reports, and backing up the Traffic Director. This is a full-time position. Qualifications:
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, great organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Energized and always willing to help.
  • Computer proficient with acute attention to detail.
  • Timeliness and a professional appearance are a must.

WSOU-FM/New York: WSOU Sports Director Dalton Allison, General Manager Mark Maben and staff representative Kaleigh Diamond with some of the more than 1,200 pounds of food Seton Hall University's student-run radio station collected during the station's annual food drive for the Community Foodbank of New Jersey. Against a goal of 895 pounds of food, the students gathered donations totaling 1,202 pounds, surpassing the old record of 908 pounds set in 2018. The food collected by WSOU will provide over 1,500 meals.
