Program Director -- Country

We seek a Program Director for our County station, WIGO-FM, in Virginia's Northern Neck/Middle Peninsula region. It's a unique opportunity to take charge of programming with fresh ideas and build something meaningful in a close-knit area.

We operate two successful stations and pride ourselves on strong community support. We show up for local nonprofits, parades, school and business events. We produce award winning campaigns, host interviews, and stay connected to our listeners.

* Solid on-air skills
* Face-to-face ease with clients and listeners
* Experience with programming, production, promotions, and automation
