KDAL-AM, a News/Talk station in Duluth, is looking for a part-time Morning Show Co-Host for our 6:00-10:00 a.m. show.

We want someone who loves music, can carry a conversation, has a great sense of humor, and knows how to connect with listeners.

What You'll Do: Co-host the morning show Create fun, timely, and locally relevant content Talk music, pop culture, current events, and what's happening around Duluth Engage with listeners on-air and digitally Record commercials and promos Participate in station events and promotions

What We're Looking For: Engaging, outgoing personality Strong communication and conversational skills Stays up to date on current news and pop culture Ability to think quickly and have fun on-air Previous radio experience is a plus, but personality is paramount Valid Minnesota driver's license required Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle record check

Midwest Communications is looking for a Part-Time Traffic Specialist to keep the behind-the-scenes side of our Michigan radio stations running smoothly. You'll schedule commercials, handle billing and invoices, keep deadlines from sneaking up on you, and tackle general office tasks. Basically, you'll help make sure the right stuff happens at the right time-which is kind of important in radio.

You'll be a great fit if you: Are organized and detail-oriented Have strong computer skills Enjoy helping people and providing great customer service Can manage deadlines and multiple priorities Bring a positive, dependable attitude to work Have a valid Michigan driver's license and pass a satisfactory motor vehicle and background check. Previous office, administrative, customer service, or traffic experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.

You don't need to know everything about radio. We can teach that. You just need to be someone we can count on.

We're looking for an On-Air Talent to join our Hibbing team and work across all of our Hibbing stations. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be involved in more than just being behind the microphone. You'll be on the air, but you'll also get to work on the production side of things and learn your way around Wide Orbit. This is an in-office position. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of the team in Hibbing, so there's no remote voice tracking from your kitchen table.

What you'll be doing:

Hosting on-air shifts and bringing your own personality to the station Creating entertaining and engaging content for our listeners Working across our Hibbing stations Producing commercials, promos, and other audio Working with Wide Orbit and other station systems Helping with station projects and day-to-day operations Being part of the local community and representing our stations when needed

What we're looking for:

You should be comfortable talking on the air, able to think on your feet, and willing to learn the parts of radio you may not know yet. Experience in radio or production is great, but personality, creativity, reliability, and a willingness to learn go a long way. Knowledge/use of Wide Orbit and other broadcasting equipment A valid Minnesota driver's license and a good driving record are required for this position. High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in broadcasting, journalism, or communications is preferred.

WIN 98.5 and Midwest Communications, Inc is looking for a passionate, creative, and results-driven Brand Manger to lead the station's country music brand in the Battle Creek market.

The Brand Manager is the leader, champion and guardian of the WIN 98.5 brand, responsible for developing and executing a compelling programming strategy that connects with listeners, grows ratings, strengthens the station's position in the community and delivers results for our audience, clients and company.

This is a highly visible leadership position for someone who understands that successful radio is about much more than what comes out of the speakers. The Brand Manager will oversee the station's on-air product while also driving its presence across digital platforms, social media, promotions, events and the community.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and leader who can motivate talent, develop compelling content, identify opportunities, make decisions and hold themselves and others accountable. They should have a genuine passion for country music, local radio and the listeners we serve.

  • Have previous experience in radio programming, preferably as a Brand Manager, Program Director, Assistant Program Director or similar leadership role.
