Sales/Marketing Manager - Door County, WI The Door County Radio Group is seeking a sales/marketing manager in amazing Door County, Wisconsin - Sharing it's shores with Green Bay and Lake Michigan, Door County is one of the top tourist destinations in the Midwest. Door County's Own fm 106.9 the Lodge and Rewind 97.7, a locally owned and operated radio group that has changed the way people view local radio. We're considering many types of candidates from various backgrounds to take ideas to clients and help them achieve their business goals. Tasks include the ability to initiate conversations, identify, uncover, and develop marketing opportunities, You will develop meaningful relationships while advising and meeting with clients, create ad copy, effective presentations, create promotions and have possible production and voice work. Attaining sales goals and taking ideas from start to finish is a must. The successful candidate must possess exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills. You must also be self-motivated, and goal driven.

Candidates must also possess outstanding characteristics including charisma, creative thinking, strong verbal and writing skills, absolute professionalism, and the ability to be a strong leader. Experience with buying and/or selling various media is preferred, but not required. Exceptional service is a must. A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required.
