Operations Manager

Operations Manager R & J Broadcasting, Inc., seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead our six-station cluster in Minnesota's beautiful Brainerd Lakes Area. We want to hear from you if you have a passion for radio, organizational skills, and a proven track record in broadcast operations! Responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily operations across all six stations Managing on-air staff, programming, and production Collaborating with sales and promotions teams to create engaging content Managing station scheduling

Qualifications: Prior experience in radio broadcasting or a related field Strong leadership and communication skills Familiarity with radio automation systems and FCC regulations
