Sales Professional
At JVC Broadcasting, we are a trusted radio group with a strong presence across Central Florida, The Panhandle, and Long Island, NY. Our stations are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both our listeners and advertisers. We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Professional with a passion for radio and media. The ideal candidate will excel at building lasting client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell Integrated Advertising Solutions: Learn and sell fully integrated advertising products across our suite of audio and digital platforms.
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Proactively identify and connect with qualified prospects to maintain a full, active sales pipeline.
- Market Insight & Trend Analysis: Stay informed on client markets and industry trends to guide prospects with valuable insights and lead meaningful business conversations.
- Client Engagement: Uncover clients' desired business outcomes and regularly meet with them to build relationships and tailor solutions.
- Strategic Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with agency partners and clients to present the most effective advertising solutions that align with their goals.
- Ensure ROI: Discuss client expectations and performance metrics to ensure the proposed solutions deliver measurable results.
- Drive Revenue: Work directly with clients to generate advertising sales and meet revenue targets.
- Field Work: Travel regularly to meet with clients or prospective clients, building professional relationships both in-person and on their premises as needed.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and track your sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Internal Collaboration: Communicate clearly and effectively with Sales Managers, support teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Proposal Creation: Prepare proposals for Sales leaders and clients, ensuring that offerings align with their business objectives.
- Education: A 4-year College Degree is preferred but not required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of successful sales experience is preferred.
- Adaptability: Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly evolving digital and media landscape.
- Fieldwork: Must be comfortable working outside the office and traveling to meet clients and prospects in person.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of media and advertising preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Driving Requirements: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required.
