OM/PD and Air Talent

Many companies are downsizing programming, however many smaller markets aren't and that's where radio done right can still be found. This Northeast 5 station cluster in a rated market has an Ops Mgr position available. You'll oversee our cluster, directly PD a couple of stations and do a live airshift on either CHR or AC.

This job includes overseeing air talent & production, social media, promotion, engineering and on-the-street! It's a pretty full plate...but lots of fun! We want someone creative who can get into the weeds with everyone. We don't have deep levels of support...we do it ourselves. You also need to understand and want to work with sales.

The formats include Country, CHR, Talk, Classic Hits and AC. We're not looking for years in the business but we do require PD experience. Great area to live, work and have fun! Decent compensation and benefits with a small broadcast group.
