Radio Production Specialist

Job Summary: Gospel Partners Media, the ministry behind Wretched Radio and TV, Transformed with Dr. Greg Gifford, Road Trip to Truth, and numerous other Christ-centered resources, is in search of a full-time Radio Production Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with a fervent passion for Christian broadcasting, possessing meticulous attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality production standards. This position is primarily behind-the-scenes, focusing on the production aspect rather than voice work. With our existing lineup and the introduction of several new weekly podcasts in 2024, we are expanding our ministry's reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production and editing of audio content for broadcast, adhering to and upholding our broadcast standards.
  • Oversee content delivery systems, managing digital uploads and distribution effectively.
  • Engage in the creative process of program development, including thematic and special event programming.
  • Support the preparation and production of on-air and online content, ensuring consistency with our ministry's brand and message. (Critical)
  • Handle technical and administrative duties to ensure seamless operations.
  • A dedication to excellence in production, performing tasks diligently as serving the Lord.
  • A disdain for mediocrity, striving for the highest quality in productions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, efficiently managing time to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, favoring straightforward and clear interactions.
  • A quick learner who avoids repeating errors and focuses on continual improvement.
  • Professional conduct, avoiding complaints or gossip, and concentrating on the task at hand.
  • Agreement with our Statement of Faith and ability to endorse it.
  • A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a life that reflects that relationship.
  • Regular involvement in a local, Bible-believing church.
  • On-site work availability at Gospel Partners Media offices.
  • Relevant experience in radio production, broadcasting, or related fields (valuing experience and practical knowledge over formal education).
  • Proficiency in standard audio editing software and equipment, with a talent for technological problem-solving.
  • Organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility in work hours to accommodate the dynamic schedule of production demands.
Application Instructions: Candidates should submit a resume highlighting their experience in radio production or related fields, accompanied by a cover letter detailing their suitability for this role. Please include production airchecks to demonstrate your range and abilities. While on-air experience is not disqualifying, this position is aimed at those who excel in production and support our ministry's vision and execution. Ambitions for on-air roles are not the focus of this position. To apply for this job, fill out the following Google Form entirely. Through this Google Form you will submit your resume, cover letter and airchecks. Submissions sent outside of the form will not be considered. https://forms.gle/f8yZhUrjUBcf62dr5
