98.5 WTFM has an amazing opportunity for someone to fill our PD position due to retirement. Our heritage AC 98.5 WTFM is looking for our next long-term Program Director/Afternoon drive announcer. Holston Valley Broadcasting is a privately owned company in beautiful East Tennessee with the same ownership since 1966. We make all of our decisions from our Kingsport, TN headquarters.

If you are looking for a stable company that has a long history of retaining its employees for decades and would like to lead our market-leading AC station, we would like to hear from you. Our cluster of six radio stations includes AC, Rock, Classic Hits, and Sports. The ideal candidate will have extensive radio experience, good people, and on-air skills, MusicMaster scheduling, imaging, a strong work ethic, knowledge of automation, and the ability to lead, manage, and be a positive motivating force inside the radio station.
