Traffic responsibilities include: Schedules all national network spots weekly and completes weekly affidavits. Enter new contracts, contract revisions and co-op into the Traffic system. Maintains and updates client filing system. Completes all required continuity components, submits production, programming, and web order forms to appropriate departments. Tracks the status of all submitted forms, and communicates any form/order revisions to appropriate departments. Troubleshoots problems for sales staff. Electronically reconcile logs daily. Knowledge of Wide Orbit Traffic system preferred.
Radio or Media experience preferred. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good problem-solving skills, and detail oriented.
