Digital Marketing Specialist

Digital Marketing Specialist You should be outgoing, energetic, and willing to learn. Digital marketing and/or other media sales experience is very helpful. Bilingual/Fluent Spanish is a big plus. Essential Duties:

• Representing El Dorado Broadcasters to advertisers and advertising agencies
• Communicating benefits of Digital Marketing Solutions, Radio advertising and Event Marketing to new and existing clients.
• Immerse yourself in learning Broadcast and Digital Marketing Products
• Meet in-person with clients and prospects
• Foster and nurture relationships with existing client base
• Identify new opportunities and develop persuasive proposals to meet each client/agency evolving needs
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and meet/exceed established sales targets
• Create effective marketing campaigns
• Deliver compelling sales presentations with confidence
• Maintain productive client communication to ensure client satisfaction
• Negotiate rates and ensures prompt payments
• Follow all station procedures for preparing orders, resolving billing issues, submitting regular reports regarding sales, pipeline lists, forecasts, and competitive analysis

Requirements:

• Independent, self-motivated, competitive, assertive personality
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills
• Persuasive communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation
• Strong client service relationship-building skills
• Ability to plan and organize, set priorities, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus
• Microsoft Office suite and social networking platforms skills
• Dependable transportation. Clean driving record and proof of insurance are requirements for this position

Pay: $42,000 - $63,000 annual salary
