Director of Sales

The Columbus Radio Group is seeking a Director of Sales for our 4-station cluster of heritage radio stations. Columbus, Ohio is officially the fastest growing city in America, and we need an enthusiastic and persistent sales leader to grow with us! You must exhibit the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have strong leadership skills, high-energy, creativity, and the ability to train and motivate the sales team. Minimum 3-5 years radio and digital sales experience mandatory. We need a dynamic leader with a history of driving revenue growth and cultivating a positive culture in the broadcast industry. Full benefit package available.
