1. Entering sales orders 2. vCreative spot entry 3. Coordinate and support sales promotions, contest, and sales projects 4. Assist new AE's with order input and vCreative spots 5. Back up for Receptionist 6. Manage shared drive, organize, and update documents (proposals, media kits etc.) 7. Assist sales staff with research utilizing Nielsen Audio - Tapscan 8. Manager CRM - update account status, extend leads, input budgets 9. Pull print invoices and on-air times to clients. (pre-and post-log times), run air checks 10. Basic creative writing and design skills 11. Assist in writing and proof-reading proposals, presentations and scripts for on air-spots 12. Assist with collection efforts
Work in conjunction with Sales and Promotion Departments to execute events and promotions within the community. Assisting with the execution of Events, updating social platforms and web sites. Including but not limited to:
1. Coordinating station events 2. Ordering supplies/set ups for event 3. Assisting setup and running the event 4. Creating events 5. Putting together event sponsorships opportunities with guidance of General Manager 6. Coordination of street team for events
- Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel is a requirement. Working knowledge of Adobe Suite Attend station sales and promotions meetings Team Player with excellent people skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving ability and the ability to prioritize Ability to interact with management and staff at all levels Ability to multi-task, handle pressure and meet deadlines Other responsibilities as assigned by General Manager
