Job duties include:
Answer company phone, answer questions or forward call to correct person. Prize fulfillment, assist promotions with giving prizes to contest winners. Get mail from building mailbox once a day and distribute to staff and add postage for outgoing mail. Greet clients and guests. Assist General Manager, Sales and Accounting departments with data entry, filing, and creating reports as needed.
Requirements: Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English and able to lift and move up to 10 pounds.
