OM in Lakeland-Winter Haven FL

Hall Communications, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a successful track record for its 4-station cluster in Lakeland/Winter Haven, FL including country powerhouse 97.5 WPCV and Adult Hits Max 98.3.

The candidate will be responsible for management of the programming staff, and will work directly with the VP/GM, sales staff, I.T./digital manager, office manager and company engineer to ensure proper execution of all the station functions.

Must have a minimum of 5 years programming experience in the Country format, and be proficient with AudioVAULT, MusicMaster, Adobe Audition and all major social media platforms. Additional requirements include on air, production and imaging skills. WSOU-FM/New York: WSOU Sports Director Dalton Allison, General Manager Mark Maben and staff representative Kaleigh Diamond with some of the more than 1,200 pounds of food Seton Hall University's student-run radio station collected during the station's annual food drive for the Community Foodbank of New Jersey. Against a goal of 895 pounds of food, the students gathered donations totaling 1,202 pounds, surpassing the old record of 908 pounds set in 2018. The food collected by WSOU will provide over 1,500 meals.
