Assistant Operations Manager

We have received many great applicants, but we are still searching for the perfect fit. Seehafer Broadcasting is looking for our next Operations Manager. This position will allow you to train and understand our 6-station cluster as an assistant to the current Operations Manager. We are looking for someone who can communicate effectively and understand the inner workings of the many radio systems in use. This is an on-site job and must be done locally. (No Remote Work)

Do you know the Wide Orbit Automation System and how to reset a transmitter? Can you diagnose - troubleshoot, are you a problem solver? Can you help with fill-in announcer shifts on several formats? Can you knock out amazing production with Adobe Audition? Are you organized? Are you a good communicator? Are you open minded and willing to learn?

Then this may be the perfect and the final stop in your radio career. Seehafer Broadcasting operates 6-stations on the Lake Michigan shoreline, we are 1-hour north of Milwaukee or 35-minutes south of Green Bay.

Minimum 2-years radio experience is desired.
