Market Manager/Northeast

Our locally owned cluster in a medium Northeast market is losing our current General Manager. While it's a huge loss we like to think of it as an opportunity! The individual we seek will oversee a 6 station cluster daily and our full staff including GSM, sales team, full programming staff, office and technical/IT. You'll need some sales experience to help the GSM drive and grow revenue. Also, a good sense of programming to make sure the stations continue to perform within revenue expectations. We have a terrific team of people and still believe radio should be fun! This position comes with a salary of $145 in addition to cash flow bonuses, health, 401K and holidays/vacation. We don't micro manage and you'll have the ability to run the cluster though we are available to offer any help you need.
