Accounts Payable Receivable Manager

EXPERIENCE: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable Excel, Word, and Power Point Media background preferred. Knowledge of Marketron software, Sage 100 ERP is beneficial.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to take direction, possess excellent communication and customer service skills and enjoy working in a team environment that is dynamic and fast paced. This position supports accounting operations in various aspects. Responds to internal and external inquires and distributes accurate information.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Compiles and sort documents, such as invoices and checks and files invoices.
• Accounts Payable tasks.
• W-9 management and process annual 1099's.
• Accounts Receivable tasks.
• Assists employees, vendors, clients, or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services.
