Marketing and Research Director

SummitMedia, LLC, a multimedia company with broadcasting, digital media, and event brands across multiple markets, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Research Director to join our corporate team. As the leader of our Sales Operations Hub, you will oversee and work collaboratively with our Creative Designers and Research Team, serving individual markets and partnering with market leadership. This position will oversee the day-to-day operations of design, research and lead generation, ensuring our market advertising teams have all the necessary research analytics, marketing tools, and inbound lead flow to be successful.

Our Design & Research team develops sales materials, client proposals, and all related digital sales graphics using data and research to create compelling stories for advertisers. The Marketing and Research Director role provides an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on creating visually compelling content for marketing and lead generation tools.

What You'll Do (Leadership Responsibilities):

Lead the creative vision of our Sales Operations Hub for Design & Research, in order to enhance all sales tools, media kits, outbound marketing, and company branding.

Oversee the day-to-day operations and production of our Design & Research Hub, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of sales tools for all markets.

Assist with generating outbound email sequences, blog & social content to generate inbound leads.

Collaborate with GM's and sales leadership to understand their strategic creative EOE
