Morning Show Producer &

Co-Host;Hall Communications in Lakeland Florida is looking for a producer and co-host to join a team already in place on our country radio powerhouse 97.5 WPCV.

Joining our air-staff, you will need to be a conversational, enthusiastic, professional who enjoys creating content in a today's short-attention span environment.

Applicants should have at least 3-5 years of experience producing or hosting a morning program. You will need solid production skills in Vox Pro and Adobe Audition. Any video editing experience will be a plus.

You will need to have the proven ability to work together with sales, promotions, and production. You will need to take direction and be ready to work the streets making regular appearances both as a talent and a set up person (onsite event coordinator) representing WPCV and Hall Communications. Reliable transportation and the ability to live within driving distance of our downtown Lakeland Florida facility is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other cast members to create and execute an entertaining, interactive, fun and family friendly local daily morning show on 97.5 WPCV
• Produce the morning show in a manner in which all team members shine
• Mine social media and vet potential topics for daily shows
• Cut and edit phone calls when necessary (Vox Pro)
• Repurpose content for on-air recycling, station social media and website
• Create compelling social media and digital content for the show's various channels (Facebook, Instagram, website, etc.). Knowledge of Canva and/or Photoshop is helpful.
• Act as a brand ambassador for 97.5 WPCV in the community - appearing at various events for the programming and sales departments.
• Voice-track a weekend shift as needed
